Neustar

NOWN partnered with Washington DC-based architects HKS Inc. to create a stunning, wellness-oriented headquarters for NEUSTAR, a telecommunications technology company, in the DC Metro Area. The massive project, installed by DC-based Rand Construction, was completed in March of 2021, and spans approximately 90,000 square feet (about the area of a Manhattan city block). The Reston, VA base of operations for Neustar was outfitted with three different NOWN systems, two types of acoustic systems (SoundEdge® and TriSoft®) enhancing acoustic performance, and a visually striking torsion spring panel system with backlighting (Vapor® Pixel + NOWN Backlighting), that provide illumination. Neustar’s office project features three floors of concurrent brand-centric design intent with an interconnecting staircase that embodies the company’s mission of “Creating trusted connections at the moment that matter most.”
